Hello, I’m Mohammad Hassan Zargar Ershadi, also known as MHZE. I am an independent game developer based in Preston, UK, with a focus on creating engaging gaming experiences, since 2021.

My journey in game development has encompassed the creation of several games and a diverse portfolio of 3D assets. This work has allowed me to develop proficiency in multiple game engines, C# and C++ programming, and a comprehensive skillset within Blender, including modelling, texture painting, 3D animation, and rigging.

My initial exploration into digital creation began with animations and models, evolving into freelance work facilitated by social media platforms. While valuable, this experience ultimately steered me towards the dynamic field of game development. A significant milestone in my academic career was the successful release of my first notable game, which served as a testament to the dedication and growth I’ve achieved within this exciting industry so far.

Unreal Engine

One of the most exciting skills I’ve recently picked up is Unreal Engine 5! 

 

In the past few months, I’ve dived into creating multiple mini projects, getting familiar with many of its features.

 

 Unreal Engine 5 is packed with tools and possibilities, and I’m definitely learning something new about it every day.

Unity

Unity has been my go-to tool throughout my game development journey. Over the past couple of years, I’ve really immersed myself in it, and it’s been essential in bringing my creative ideas to life, helping me craft some great games.

 

I’ve used Unity for all kinds of tasks, from creating detailed particle systems to setting up character controllers. 

It’s the tool that turns my imagination into reality, with C# working behind the scenes to add those intricate functionalities to the worlds I build.

3D Animation

Before diving into 3D art and game development, I started out as a game animator, freelancing for different indie game studios. What began as a hobby in 3D animation quickly turned into creating captivating, professional-level animations that I still enjoy watching today.


Even though I found satisfaction in animation, it wasn’t my ultimate passion. 

My real dream was to follow in the footsteps of the indie game studios I had the chance to work with.

3D Modeling

In the past few years, 3D modeling with Blender has turned into a real passion for me, pushing my creativity to new heights. It all started with simple models for my indie games, but now I’m crafting everything from characters to game-ready props and environment models.
